Our Type 81M is the big brother to our retro Type 56M AK chest rig. The Type 81M's double-layered 500D Cordura construction reduces weight while improving durability and water resistance over the original "chicoms." The added MOLLE webbing on the wings makes it easy to mount IFAKs, radios, or other pouches, and the Velcro backing fits all dangler pouches.
