Pre-orders typically ship within the estimated lead time listed on the product page. Occasionally unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, fabric delays etc... can cause extended lead times.

Lost/stolen packages

WetWrx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Free from scuffs, marks, wear, or smells

• Returned with all tags, labels, and packaging

• With proof of purchase (order number)

Armor and custom gear are not eligible for return.

Warranty

If any of our products fail, send it back and we'll fix or replace it at no cost to you.
